Are you mostly looking for a Planting Plan with minor changes to Harscape? Fantastic, this is fairly simple

Awesome!
- • We will come to your residence and create a video of the existing layout. (the video will be shared with you)
- • We will then discuss your ideas (don’t have any that’s fine too.)
- • We will take measurements of your home on the lot to create a two dimensional plan to scale for plant placement.
- • This will help your contractor to estimate the scope of work.
- • All existing trees, plants and hardscape you wish to remain will be noted and in its existing place.
- • All new trees, shrubs, ground-covers and lawn areas will also be listed and placed. Botanical names will be witheld because of availability or perhaps your contractor has an alternate with better pricing.
- • We do not provide a sprinkler layout or drainage plan
- • We can provide a conceptual lighting layout (be sure to ask).

- • This is our amazing 3-D conceptual design program.
- • We will come to your residence and create a video of the existing layout.
- • We will then discuss your ideas. If don’t have any, that’s fine too.
- • We will take measurements of your home on the lot from fence to fence.
- • Once we have input all the information we will generate a 3-D conceptual landscape design fly by video showing you your home to scale with its new landscape & hard-scapes. Pretty amazing right!
- • But this is only the first draft. Typically it takes three drafts to complete. First we will use both your and our ideas create anything you can imaging for your yard, and we are pretty good at that.
- • Once you see the first design in 3-D you have a much better sense of what you really want. In the second draft, we then can begin to change the shape of the Patios, Decks move Outdoor Kitchens, Pools, Plants, Fire Pits or Places, Trellises, Lawns and even re-shape the Driveway.
- • Sometime we nail by the second revision, however that’s why we give you three.
- • Don’t forget to let us know what products for hardscape you like. You will see them and others in the designs.
- • And It keeps getting better. We are also affiliated with Rockland Material Supply. Any Pavers or Natural Stone products supplied by them gets discounted and could possibly cover the cost for the conceptual Design Program.
- • The advantage of this is, all the work to be done can be done in stages.
- • Having the comfort that your perception and the contractors perception of the finished product is the same.
- • You will receive a PDF of the drawing.
- • You will receive a 24x36 set of scaled plans.
- • You will receive high resolution photos.
- • You will receive a video link to share with contractors, and a complete ledger of plants and other items for contractors to bid off.
