• We will come to your residence and create a video of the existing layout. (the video will be shared with you)
• We will then discuss your ideas (don’t have any that’s fine too.)
• We will take measurements of your home on the lot to create a two dimensional plan to scale for plant placement.
• This will help your contractor to estimate the scope of work.
• All existing trees, plants and hardscape you wish to remain will be noted and in its existing place.
• All new trees, shrubs, ground-covers and lawn areas will also be listed and placed. Botanical names will be witheld because of availability or perhaps your contractor has an alternate with better pricing.
• We do not provide a sprinkler layout or drainage plan
• We can provide a conceptual lighting layout (be sure to ask).
